During its initial release, there have been a lot of reports about the technical glitches the players have repeatedly encountered. Aside from these glitches, players were also dissatisfied with the graphics and performance of both the Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet.
These issues allegedly led Nintendo to offer refunds to players who have requested them. Yes. You read it right! Nintendo is giving out those rare refunds.
A Reddit user recently shared that they have successfully received a refund for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet due to the game’s underwhelming performance.
Thus, if you want to get a refund, you can request it from the Nintendo e-Shop. Otherwise, patches that will improve the game may be on the way, so you might want to wait for them.
