Loong Scales Key Item
Location
To get the Loong Scales Key Item will first go to Chapter 2 (Yellow Wind Ridge), Sandgate Village, and finally the Valley of Despair where you should find a wall.
Break The Wall
You will then use a heavy attack to break the wall and go inside and retrieve the Loong Scales Key Item.
Boss Location
To get to Red Loong you will go to Chapter 1( Black Wind Mountain), Forest of Wolves, and then go to the outside of the forest.
Here you will find the waterfall and you will use the Loong Key Item to dispel the waterfall and face Red Loong.
