Loong Scales Key Item
Location
First, you will have to get the Loong Scales Key Item. To get the item you will go to Chapter 2, Sandgate Village, and finally the Valley of Despair.
Break The Wall
Once you are at the Valley of Despair you will use any heavy attack to break the wall and here you will obtain the Loong Scales Key Item.
Boss Location
To get to the boss, you will go to Chapter 2, Fright Cliff, then Rockrest Flat.
You will then use the Loong Scales Key to dispel the sand waterfall. You will now be able to fight the boss Black Loong.
