Dinkum is all about relaxation, building, and customizing of whatever it is that you built. In the new patch that just got recently added, we got the new Guest Houses.
In this guide we will be talking about them and whether should you build them or not. Let’s get started.
Guest Houses – Dinkum
First of all, to actually see the new Guest Houses that were just added in to the game you will need to go to Fletch. This is the old lady which is in the center of the town which will allow you to fully explore everything you needed to know about Dinkum.
Then you will need to set a Deed in Place. You will need to choose the House Deed or the second option. It will cost you a total of 85k but it is worth it. It is actually one of the easiest houses to build and won’t cost you a lot.

The building materials for it are pretty common too. You will most likely already have them in your inventory so you won’t have to worry about it at all.
The Guest Houses are places where your friends can hang out. They were recently introduced to the game and players are simply loving them. They are not necessarily as good as the main house but still, they are a very interesting thing to own and have.

Having this option to have a Guest House does add to the ability to be able to customize a whole lot more. And customization is always welcome in Dinkum! If you want to have a friend to be able to customize a house of their own, this is the best solution.
You cannot make them larger than what they will first appear. That is the bad thing about it. But still, come to think of it, it is a guest house. So why would you want to make it as big as your original main big house?
That’s everything that you need to know about the newly added Guest Houses in Dinkum. We hope that this guide was useful and helped you out a bit. Have a beautiful time with your guests in it!
