Escape the Backrooms is an interesting horror game where you need to escape certain levels which are rooms. In all of these rooms, there is a scary monster that is haunting you. Your job in this game is to escape each level and get out of the haunted area to save your life and avoid the monster as much as possible. Moving around in this game will cost you stamina. Lucky for you, a bunny hop mechanic has been found to save all your problems!

Bunny Hop & Stamina Guide – Escape the Backrooms

The Bunny Hop mechanic has been around for many years in different games. The b hop system is used on many FPS games where you can boost your character to travel long distances in a very short amount of time by jumping towards an area and crouching at the same time.

Mastering this method will allow you to travel almost anywhere and get to impossible-to-reach areas really easily.

In Escape the Backroom, you can also perform bunny hops to get around areas much faster and avoid the monster. This method will also allow you to save your stamina!

To perform a bunny hop, you need to follow these 4 simple steps.

Step 1

  • Hold W to move forward.

Step 2

  • Press the sprint key right as you press the jump key.

Step 3

  • Release the sprint and jump key when you are in the air, also make sure to hold W.

Step 4

  • Repeat the same process once you hit the ground.

So basically, hold down the W key to continue moving forward as you would normally do. Press the sprint key right after your jump and release them once you’re in the air. Repeating this process will begin the bunny hop mechanic and your character will become faster and faster in the process.

And most importantly, stamina will not be lost whatsoever.
