To find the Booster Tower Portrait Puzzle, you have to go to the Booster Tower.
Right after you enter the Booster Tower, you will see several portraits on the wall. Make sure to memorize the exact order of the portraits on the wall.
After that, continue to the up level of the tower where you have to interact with the portraits in the correct order. Once you’ve done it correctly, you will be rewarded with the Elder Key.
Once you get the key, you can enter the door next to the portraits and then jump to the chain chomp which you will able to obtain as a bowser’s weapon.
