In order to achieve this trophy, you need to reach Chapter: Bill’s Town – High Scholl Escape.
You will come to a point where you are stuck in a garage with Bill and Ellie. Here you have to pick up the “Note from Frank” and give it to Bill.
The note can be found inside the house in one of the rooms. It will be on top of a white table.
Once you get it, go back to the garage, and give the note to Bill. After Bill read the note, he will throw it on the ground.
All you need to do is to go and pick it up again from the ground after he throws it away.
When you get the note from the ground, you will automatically achieve In Memorium Trophy.
