The Raider of the Lost Parking Garage quest is located at the Downtown area in this particular location in the map. The primary objective of this quest is to find the perfectly round boulder.

Let’s get right to it. The landmark of this particular point in the map is the SYPD building. Across this building, there is another building with a semi-lifted garage door.
Go in front of the garage door and equip the ‘Angry Goat’ costume which you will unlock by competing the ‘Missing Rosie’ event in Mornwood falls. The Angry Goat costume will turn you into a rhinoceros, which will trigger the garage door to open by your weight.
Inside, you will see the perfectly round boulder. All you need to do is lick it to complete the event. And there you have it, a bronze trophy for completing the Raider of the Lost Parking Garage quest!
