In order to start getting more food in Microcivilization, you will need to head on to different expeditions and increase your research in food in general.

Expeditions will be the first and main priority that you need to achieve in order to maintain a well fed microcivilization.

To do expeditions, you need to press on the map on your screen located on the bottom left side of the screen and look for different zones that will provide you food if your expedition is successful.

On these expeditions you will hunt animals and get the food. Keep in mind that you need to be well prepared on these expeditions or else they might fail and end up in you losing most of your people.

Another great way to obtain food in the early stages of microcivilization is by doing some research and increase the food growth inside the civilization itself.

To do so, you need to press on the top left side of the screen where it says select and this will open up a sort of a skill tree which will help you do more research.

Once you finish with the first few levels of research and reach to about level 5 and 6, you will see that you can start learning more about food and how to increase the growth of your food in general.
