If you are trying to do the False Dragon Titan patch of Legends, then you will have to know the location where you can start the fight.
In order to reach the False Dragon Titan’s Lair, you have to follow the road going North of Medali. Cross the Casseroya Lake where you will find the Titan swimming around.

First of all, you will have to go on the smaller islands east from the big island, and there you will find the Orange Tatsugiri.
Interact with the fish and it will start the battle.
The actual fight with the False Dragon Titan will be on the north side of the bigger island where you have to go and encounter the boss.
