There are three locations marked A, B, and C that appear on the map after you accept the Concealed Weapon side mission.
Best Spot To Pick
Each location leads to a different gang. The best spot to raid for equipment is Location C, which is at the Sandy Shores Airfield and home to the Merryweather gang.
The equipment here is the Military Gear and loadout. Make sure to select it before infiltrating the cartel.
TIP: During the finale mission, you might encounter some equipment issues with opening the crate containing the cocaine. When this happens, simply search the other boxes in the room. One of them holds the crowbar you need!
