The starting point is shown in the photo below. You will need to get to this street where there is broken truck. The nearest landmark for this is the Collapsed Crane which is some distance behind you in this point of view.
From this point of view, go past the truck and just follow the street. Straight ahead, you will see a tunnel which leads you to the Scav Checkpoint Extract.
Just move close to the tunnel until you find the extraction point. And there you have the Scav Checkpoint Extract in the Streets of Tarkov!
